Why does the Children Ministry need 24 volunteers?

"Many hands make light work." We want to add 24 volunteers to 5 different departments within the Children Ministry. The goal is to create fully functioning teams of people who enjoy working with each other, carry the load, create a community that all strive to the same goals!

To that end, we want a minimum of 6 volunteers on each team. This will allow each to make a commitment that won't "burn them out" and will build excitement for the work because no one feels like their alone. Here is a list of how many new team members we need in each department:
6 in the Nursery (birth - 2 year olds)
3 in the Preschool (3 - 4 year olds)
3 in the Early Elementary (5 year olds - 1st graders)
6 in the Middle Elementary (2nd - 3rd graders)
6 in the PreTeen (4th - 6th graders)
