Teen Ministry - A ministry has purpose, is open to new people, and meets the needs of others. (In addition, we see ourselves as a part of the over-all ministry or BOC. We are not separate and we make every effort to stay connected to the whole body.)

glorify God - This is the main focus. Everything we do is to honor God and exalt his name.

helping teens develop - This is a process. We know it will take time and we are patient and diligent in our attempts to guide teens into maturity.

passionate, knowledgeable, and committed - These three elements make up true spiritual maturity. When one is missing, a person's journey with Christ is incomplete.

disciples of Christ - We want teens to become followers, but not of any of us, and certainly not of the crowd. We want them to walk as Jesus walked, following him in every area of their lives.
