BOCtm has some great adults volunteers. They're called Guides - A Guide is someone who shows the way. He doesn't just point out the path. He leads others along it. He makes sure the road is suitable and safe for those he guides. A Guide picks others up when they fall. He encourages them not to give up when they get tired, when they get scared, or when they are unsure. He teaches those he leads a better way along the path. He protects, helps, sometimes even corrects. He is committed to those he leads; he will not abandon them.
